Lychee Milkshake IPA with Omnipollo from Tired Hands Brewing Company pours to a golden hazy yellow that produces a thick white head that dissipates quickly. Smelling of hits of vanilla and citrus, you imagine a fruit creamsicle before you taste it. On the first taste you notice a sweet, but not overwhelming, fruit flavor. The Mosaic and Citra hops come through as well as the taste of the luscious lychee purée. This beer has quite a thick mouthfeel, with mild carbonation. The milkshake line of IPAs from Tired Hands are made in collaboration with Omnipollo, a Swedish brewery.
