As you know, the Breweries In PA 2022 PA Beer Bracket Winner was Pour Man’s Brewing Company, located in Ephrata.

We wanted to start a yearly tradition with the breweries who have won the beer bracket competition and got them all on a call to discuss. All of the past breweries were on board, and it was decided to start a yearly collab brew. This collab brew will be hosted at each year’s winning brewery, which will host all the past winners!

Introducing Alliance, a “Championship Beer Collab” brewed in June 2022, to celebrate each of the following breweries having won the Breweries In PA beer bracket competition:

Alliance

Alliance is a 4% ABV Helles Lager that was brewed with locally grown and malted barley from Double Eagle Malt. This Helles underwent an extended vigorous boil to increase the delicate malt character and was kettle hopped with all Noble hops and fermented with Pour Man’s house lager yeast.

This “Championship Beer Collab” is projected to release the week of July 4th, 2022. Both cans and draft will be available at Pour Man’s, as well as limited distribution of cans in the Lancaster County area.
