It’s finally the weekend, and a long one at that! Regardless of what part of the keystone state you live in, we’ve got your weekend plans covered. Here are some of the best beer related events coming up this weekend.
EASTERN PA
Double Beer Release At Free Will Brewing
On Saturday, September 15th they will be hosting a DOUBLE RELEASE at their Perkasie and Peddler’s Village tap rooms! Both of these beers are fan favorites and you’ll want to grab each! Cans and draft will be available at BOTH locations, beginning at 12:00 noon.
Tails & Ales
On Saturday, September 15th join Weyerbacher for their Tails and Ales event, Bring your pet and join them for a doggone fun day as they celebrate their furry friends and love of great beer. They will have pet friendly vendors, local rescue organizations, live music and a food truck. There will be plenty of outside seating! The fun starts at 12pm noon!
Grand Opening Bald Birds Brewing
The Pennsylvania beer family is growing! Join Bald Birds Brewing on Saturday, September 15th for the official opening of their brewery and taproom in Audubon, PA! The grand opening takes place at their brewery at 970 Rittenhouse Road in Suite 400. The party starts at 12:00 noon and goes until midnight. Find full opening details here.
CENTRAL PA
Hamburger & Beer Feast
You are invited to join Spring Gate Vineyard and Brewery to come and enjoy some great and exotic hamburgers again in September during Pumpkin Palooza! In addition to delicious burgers and live music, there is, of course, their libations! Come and join them on Saturday, September 15th for what they believe will be another fun event! This is a non-ticketed event with all items a la carte.
ABC Oktoberfest 2018
Join Appalachian Brewing Company at their Harrisburg location starting September 15th and running all weekend long for a special German style menu, seasonal beers, and live music and help them kick off their Oktoberfest celebration!
Can Release: Dimensional Being – Mango
On Saturday, September 15th join Liquid Hero Brewing for their next can release! Dimensional Being is a 7.3% ABV brewed with Citra hops and fermented with roughly 350 pounds of mango puree. Limited quantities available at the brewery. The release starts at 12:00 noon Saturday.

Oktoberfest Party at Our Haus!
Come celebrate the start of Oktoberfest season at one of Pittsburgh’s most authentic German beer drinking locations! All weekend long Hofbrauhaus Pittsburgh will be kicking off the Oktoberfest season with their amazing German style beer and food as well as live entertainment!
Into the Hollow: Limited Release
Grist House returns with another release! Into the Hollow is a Strong Stout with Blackberries, Blueberries, Maple, and Vanilla. This release begins at 12:00 noon at their brewery on Saturday, September 15th. This is a very limited release, so get there early! Limit two 4-packs per person This strong stout boasts enormous flavor and aroma. Its deep rich chocolate base melts around additions of dark fruit, vanilla and maple syrup resulting in a unique experience that leads you down into the moonlit hollow.
Total Taco Throwdown
Join Erie Ale Works for a taco-slingin’ battle! The Que Abides vs. The Atacolypse Food Truck will be battling and you decide who deserves the trophy. They are closing the parking lot so park anywhere at any neighbor. The battle takes place on Saturday, September 15th.
