BrewDog Pittsburgh Is Celebrating Yinzer Day On April 12th With 4 Beer Variants And Special Event

April 12th or 4.12, is considered “Yinzer Day” in Pittsburgh, the numbers referring to the area code of the city. Brewdog Pittsburgh is celebrating this day (starting at 4:12 PM) with 4 different Yinzer Pale Ale releases, food specials, and more.

Brewer Paul Young (read his “Meet The Brewer” interview) developed “Yinzer Pale Ale” a little over two years ago. Every recipe coming out of BrewDog Pittsburgh is his and Yinzer has become their most popular. In 2021, Brewdog Pittsburgh sold almost equal amounts of Yinzer and Elvis Juice.

Yinzer Pale Ale is a session IPA featuring mosaic, Citra, and Ahtanum hops. The beer is specifically brewed to be 4.12%, and BrewDog’s goal is to never go a day when it’s not on tap!
