Bru Daddy’s Teams With Kiffle Kitchen On Special Holiday Collab Beers

BRÜ DADDY’S Brewing Co. announced today they are once again collaborating with the Kiffle Kitchen Bakery for the popular holiday beer release.  The two local Lehigh Valley companies teamed up last year to create two Kiffle inspired Double Sours for the holidays, Raspberry Kiffle Sour and Apricot Kiffle Sour.  This year, they added Blueberry Kiffle Sour and Walnut Golden Stout to the lineup. and will introduce all four beers this Saturday at Bru Daddy’s.

This year, the Kiffle Kitchen Bakery Sours, Raspberry Kiffle and Apricot Kiffle, will be available at restaurants and on bar taps all over the Lehigh Valley, as well as beer stores and retailers throughout the area.  The new Blueberry Kiffle and Walnut Golden Stout Kiffle varieties will be available only at Bru Daddy’s in downtown Allentown.  The beers are made with fresh kiffles straight from the Kiffle Kitchen Bakery in Bath, PA.   “The beers are packed with real fruit and we actually use the kiffles in the recipe” said head brewer Todd Reinhardt.

Bru Daddy’s will release all four holiday kiffle beers at it’s release party this Saturday, November 25, 2023.  There will be live music and flights of all four holiday Kiffle beers will be available for $15, including free kiffles with each purchase.

A Kiffle is a traditional Hungarian dessert with a light and flaky rolled croissant-like pastry dough with delicious fruity fillings. The varieties are endless, and they are especially popular around the holiday season.  The Kiffle Kitchen Bakery is the world’s largest producer of authtentic hand-rolled kiffles.  Located in Bath, PA, this family owned business, started by Lee Kociolek, first opened over 35 years ago in 1985.  Today, Lee’s two sons, Nick and Chris are running the show day to day and the Kiffle Kitchen produces over 10,000 kiffles daily. They ship their fresh, hand-rolled, kiffles across all the world and they have been featured and sold out on QVC on multiple occasions.  “We love working with the Kiffle Kitchen on this collaboration.  They are a family business, just like us and they are good people to work with”, said Kevin Ryan, Bru Daddy’s COO.
