Grand Opening: Highway Manor September 26th (Camp Hill)

For some of you reading this, you may already be familiar with Highway Manor Brewing. The brewery has done a tremendous job at the distribution of their beer. You may have tasted and enjoyed many of their offerings at various locations throughout the state. Or even ordered their beer through their statewide shipping program.

Now you can enjoy their beer in their very own taproom! The brewery will officially open on Gettysburg Rd in Camp Hill on Saturday, September 26th at 11:00 AM.

The brewery is spearheaded by their highly creative Brewer/Owner, Johnnie Compton III, who has a strong passion for Belgian farmhouse style brewing. So much so that he has been harvesting colonies of wild bugs that predate the civil war for over a decade. The Pennsylvania terroir is evident in each of their carefully cultivated wild beers.

Their proprietary house yeast was inoculated from an 1840’s mansion built on a canal turned highway, in Liverpool Pennsylvania. This is what makes their rare barrel-aged (200-day minimum in red wine oak barrels) sours so unique.

To stay up to date on the growth of the business follow the brewery on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and the taproom portion on their website.
