Hidden Stories Brewing Has Increased Production With A Brand New Brewhouse

Hidden Stories Brewing (Millerstown, PA) has recently upgraded their entire brewhouse!

The brewery has been brewing off 1 BBL pilot system to get started and has now upgraded to a 7 BBL brewhouse with 2 – 15 BBL fermenters and 1 – 15 BBL Brite that will be brought online once they install their brand new glycol system.

What does this all mean? It means more delicious beer from Hidden Stories Brewing, the beer that has made them a brewery to seek out from many beer fans. From traditional sours to barrel-aged stouts and IPA’s, the brewery has made a name for itself in a short amount of time.

“This is a proud and exciting moment for our brewery. We’ve taken the time necessary to develop thoughtful, well-crafted recipes for all our beer offerings and look forward to scaling them up and offering them to a larger customer base.” – Owner of Hidden Stories Brewing, Mark Collings

In addition to this big upgrade in brewing capacity, Hidden Stories has a working hop farm on the property, and is working on its taproom!
