Known for menu items prepared entirely from scratch and paired with beer brewed a few feet from the table, Iron Hill Hershey will provide the area with both cuisine and fresh craft beer in a fun, upscale casual environment. Signature and seasonal beers as well as those exclusive to Hershey are available year-round, brewed on-site. Craft beer enthusiasts can expect the award-winning signature Vienna Red Lager, Ore House IPA and White Iron® Wit, in addition to unique local beer, such as the Cocoa Porter and seasonal beers, like Reindeer’s Revenge. Deliciously creative fare prepared on-site include the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls ($12.00), Luau Shrimp ($11.00), Voodoo Chicken Flatbread ($12.00), Drunk Monk Burger ($14.50), Grilled Salmon Salad ($17.50) and Char-Grilled NY Strip Steak ($25.00). A rotating weekly feature menu offering beer and food items showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients will be introduced in early 2019. Guests at Iron Hill Hershey will be among the first to experience new presentation and plating to menu favorites like burgers and salads as well as refined menu offerings.

The interior of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant reflects recent incarnations of the concept featuring floor-to-ceiling windows to usher in natural light and transmit the vibrancy of the downtown neighborhood. Design elements highlight the open kitchen and glass walled-brewery prominently positioned near the bar, which overlooks the patio. The walls are swathed in warm yellow, gold and rust hues contrasted by pop art mural depicting iconic Iron Hill and craft beer imagery. Sleek industrial vaulted ceilings covered in copper-toned corrugated metal are offset by large black circular chandeliers gently lighting the dining room and bar areas. Located in the middle of the restaurant, a large garage door separates the bar from the patio and can be lifted during warmer weather for inclusive indoor/outdoor seating.

In addition to their brand-wide donation to CureSearch for Children’s Cancer, and as part of Iron Hill’s philanthropy and commitment to the communities they serve, the brewery and restaurant in Hershey will be collaborating with Cocoa Packs to donate $0.75 from each Triple Chocolate Hill dessert sold in order to help fund the organization’s mission to distribute supplemental food during weekends, holidays and summers to students who benefit from school meal programs.

“This has been an incredible year for Iron Hill, and we’re truly humbled and excited to end it with yet another location in Pennsylvania,” says Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder Kevin Finn. “We love what we do every single day and hope it shines through in all of the vibrant communities we serve – Hershey being the newest on our growing list. We look forward to expanding the dining and gathering opportunities for both local residents and to the millions of visitors who travel to this region.”
