Juniata Brewing Company, which opened its brewery in March 2020, will be opening a second taproom this March. They will be opening inside the Slinky Action Zone at 491 Municipal Drive in Duncansville, which is at the tail end of a big refurbishment.
Juniata brewing will occupy a 600 sq/ft space near the newly-installed duckpin bowling lanes at the Family Fun Center. They will have about 40 seats available, with 16 taps at the bar, with over half the taps will be JBC. The others will feature other PA craft beer, cider, and pre-mixed cocktails.
“We’re incredibly thrilled to be entering this partnership with the Slinky Action Zone and expanding our reach further west…the renovation and upgrading of the Slinky Action Zone is a great boon for the community, giving people young (and now, slightly older!) a place to relax and have fun with family and friends. The brewery will be filling growlers at this taproom, and they’ve also recently started canning things in small batches so that takeout will be available as well. There will be an updated food menu at the space as well, including specialty pizza, burgers, and wings.
