Lavery Brewing Makes Major Changes In Branding And Operations

Lavery Brewing Company has been a mainstay in the Pennsylvania beer scene in Erie, since February 2010. Due to their amount of years in the industry, the brewery has decided to do a complete brand refresh!

The time came for a change, as co-owner Jason Lavery says, “because we have been working with the same layout and designs for 11 years. We are a different company these days and wanted a new logo to express that.”

The brewery identified Scott Gladd as their new designer, after having worked with him as recently as last year on a collaboration beer. The goal behind the refresh is to have more simplified label designs on their beer cans while also introducing a new overall brewery logo.

In addition to this brand refresh, Lavery has begun the transition of moving from bottles to cans. They recently took delivery of a brand new Wild Goose canning line. You can expect way more cans in the future from the brewery, in addition to their delivery service across all of Pennsylvania.

Lavery also has increased their total fermentation capacity by 25%, adding 3 more tanks, bringing the total to 155bbls.
