Marino’s American Eatery To Open Second Location Inside Four Seasons Brewing

Marino’s American Eatery and Four Seasons Brewery have announced a partnership that will combine both brand’s food and beer for a top-notch dining experience.

The local Greensburg craft beer bar and restaurant will bring their fresh, high-quality food, to the popular craft brewery in Latrobe.

“Four Seasons is looking forward to partnering with Marino’s American Eatery to bring a high-quality local food option that will complement our beer, and get more people to come to the brewery.” – Mark Pavlik, Owner and Head Brewer of Four Seasons Brewing Company

Mark continues, “We are excited about this addition, as we just completed install of a brand new 10 BBL Alpha brewing system, doubling our capacity to brew. We are looking forward to having more beer, and more people in the taproom!”

For the menu, which guests will be able to order from at their table, Marino’s will be making some pub-style finger foods and some other items such as the whole jumbo wings they’re known for, pizza, sandwiches, and salads. They plan to have different chef specials and seasonal items for the four seasons. Beer-themed dinners will also take place quarterly, and people can expect things like Oktoberfest dinners and a Cinco de Mayo menu.

Partnering with Four Seasons just makes sense for us. Our concept revolves around local craft beer and the local beer scene. Bringing our chef-inspired menu paired with their award-winning beers will be a home run for both of us. – Josh Jones, Co-owner of Marino’s American Eatery

Marino’s will be the exclusive caterer for Four Seasons Brewing, this includes wedding receptions, graduation parties, and other events hosted through the brewery.

“We learned early in our business venture our future was right in front of us with the local talent all around us in the form of craft breweries. It makes sense to join forces and share the passion for providing quality food and beer to the local area. We plan to make a splash with some unique food items as well as some of our standout dishes. With the addition of a wood fire oven gives us another wonderful tool in our quest to make the best food we can.” – Chef Patrick Conway, Co-Owner of Marino’s American Eatery

The restaurant has operated a food truck at numerous local breweries in the past 3 years, and partners with breweries at their main location. Marinos will have a rotating Four Seasons tap at their Greensburg location and are planning an exclusive collaboration beer with the brewery once a quarter.

Make sure to follow Marino’s and Four Seasons to keep up with the build-out of the kitchen. We will follow up once they are ready for their grand opening!
