Neshaminy Creek Brewing To Open Taproom In New Hope

Starting in early July, you will be able to enjoy Neshaminy Creek beer in the heart of New Hope, at the Ferry Market.  Situated in the middle of Main Street, the Ferry Market is home to a number of local food and drink vendors.

The brewery will have their very own spot in the front of the building, facing Main Street.  With plenty of outside seating available, draft beer will be available to purchase to enjoy on-premises with your meal.  Guests will also be able to cozy up at a table out back along the river and enjoy Neshaminy Creek as a midday snack. They will also be offering to go 4 and 6-packs for purchase.

The brewery is excited to join the Ferry Market and expand their love of the craft with those who already know them, those who are from the area but might not be familiar with them, and those who are traveling to the historic town of New Hope for a getaway!  Whether you’re a craft beer drinker searching for a hoppy IPA, or someone who prefers to keep it light and refreshing, the Neshaminy Creek beer spans a wide variety of styles, so they will have something for everyone!

Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company was founded in 2010, by Jeremy Meyers, Rob Jahn, and Steve Capelli, but officially opened its doors in Croydon on June 1st, 2012.  The brewery has earned national acclaim with their beer, winning both Gold and Bronze in 2013 and 2016, respectively, at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, CO for their Churchville Lager.  They were also awarded Bronze in 2016 for their Rauchbier, Croydon is Burning.  The brewery has been recognized with various awards over the years and earned Best Brewery 4 years in a row at the Philadelphia Beer Scene Awards.

The 30,000 square foot brewery in Croydon is also home to their original taproom, where many of their patrons regularly visit for beers, a variety of events, and tours. Neshaminy Creek produces a continuous lineup of “core brand” beers that include Churchville Lager, as well as their flagship Double IPA, The Shape Of Hops To Come, in addition to many beloved seasonals and one-off brews.

All in all, the brewery has produced hundreds of different beers in a wide range of styles over the years, but truly prides itself on its German and Lager varietals.  In 2017, the brewery opened its second location in Jenkintown, PA, known as The Borough Brewhouse. This is a brewpub with a fun & modern menu, delicious cocktails, and a full line-up of Neshaminy Creek Beer you love.  Jenkintown has been recognized by Foobooz as one of the 50 best bars in the Greater Philadelphia area.
