New Trail Brewing Company is celebrating their one year anniversary. And in honor of the event they have an entire weekend of events planned! The official anniversary takes place Saturday, April 27th from 12:00 – 8:00 PM.
On Thursday 4/25 they will be releasing “Heliotropia Bound”
Heliotropia Bound is a Citric IPA brewed in collaboration with Foreign Objects Beer Co. This beer is brewed with an assortment of wheat and oats and hopped aggressively with a mixture of Citrus forward hops.
Then, on Friday 4/26, join them for their Late Night Munch, which is a guided beer, and food pairing, and have early access to buy all of their releases!
Friday will also be the day they release “Something Deep & Meaningful”
Something Deep & Meaningful is a Hazy Double IPA that was brewed in collaboration with Imprint Beer Co. It was brewed with wheat and oats and hopped with Rakau & Mosaic.
Saturday is when the party begins! The releases on this day will be “First Orbit” and Barrel Aged Sunrise.
First Orbit is a Hazy Triple IPA made for New Trails’ First Anniversary. It was brewed with Germanic malts and oats and hopped with Galaxy, Citra, & Sabro.
Barrel Aged Sunrise is a Baltic Porter aged for many months in Heaven Hill barrels and then rested on freshly roasted Alabaster Coffee. This beer is in collaboration with Alabaster Coffee and Sprinkled Sweet Bakery, and is available in bottles.
