Simple Days Beer is still in business, but the East Greenville brewery is shifting its focus from its taproom to beer distribution.
The brewery opened in November 2020 at 226 Main Street. In August 2023, Simple Days expanded into a larger taproom at 231 Main Street, moving across the street from its original location.
The taproom lease recently came up for renewal, and Simple Days decided not to renew, so it closed the taproom. However, the brewery’s production facility is separate from the taproom, meaning brewing and canning operations will continue.
Moving forward, Simple Days plans to focus on its core beers for distribution to local markets, with plans to grow from there.
The brewery also plans to announce pickup hours on social media so customers can stop by its warehouse brewing facility to purchase four-packs directly.
