St. Boniface Anniver8ary Party And Beer Release Saturday, Feb. 2nd

Saturday, February 2nd 2019 will mark 8 years to the exact date when St. Boniface opened their doors to the public. And you are invited to join them in the celebration at their brewery in Ephrata!

Celebrations start early on Thursday, January 31st, with their next release in the ‘Surprise! It’s Another IPA’ series. This New England IPA is brewed with oats, lactose, and passion fruit while highlighting Galaxy and Vic Secret hops. ‘Surprise! It’s Another IPA – Goin’ Bossa Nova’ finishes at 6.2% and 32 IBU.

This will be the smallest batch of ‘Surprise’ to date, and there will be a limit to 2 four packs per person due to the small amount. This is the first NEIPA they are ever canning. It’s bound to go quickly. Visit the release event page here.

Then, the party rolls along with the official anniversary celebration Saturday, February 2nd. In honor of the celebration St. Boniface will be releasing ‘Hegemony Anniver8ary Reserve’. ‘Hegemony Reserve’ returns their year round Imperial Stout, Hegemony, which commemorates the original home brew recipe Jon used before opening St. Boniface. It features honey and lactose and uses roasted barley, all which are no longer present in Hegemony.

22 oz bottles, $12 per. 1,200 total with no limit.  In additional to the bottles, the beer will also be on tap, along with other vintages such as Anniver5ary, Anniver6ary, & Anniver7ary. Flights of all four will be offered as well as individual 12 ounce pours.
