Located in the heart of Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood, Hop Farm Brewing Company opened its doors nearly 3 years ago in September of 2013. True to their name, Hop Farm is dedicated to providing locally sourced brews and food, such as the lime-basil in the Provision Saison being grown in their personal greenhouse and their burger beef being fed the spent grain from the brewing process.
With flights and 5 oz. pours available for all their brews on tap it’s easy to sit down and enjoy a wide variety of styles before deciding on what to select for a full pint. There are also curated cheese and chocolate pairings available for those looking to challenge their palettes in more ways than one. Cheese, chocolate, burgers and a tap list with 12 different beers (full list pictured below), not even counting the cider and mead, means that Hop Farm has a little something for everyone.
