Established: 2008

Old Forge Brewing Company was first started by Damien Malfara and his wife in 2008, when they opened their original pub at 282 Mill Street. The production brewery was opened 4 years later in 2012 to sell cans and kegs for wholesale distribution. We moved from the original pub location at 282 Mill Street in September 2013 into our current brewpub at 298 Mill Street.

Overbite IPA (7.5% ABV/75 IBUs)

An American IPA brewed with Pacific Northwest hops.

T-Rail Pale Ale (5.3% ABV/45 IBUs)

Not your average pale ale combining earthy, piney hop flavors and well balanced with malts.

Paradise Pils (4.5% ABV/45 IBUs)

A traditional German pilsner brewed with noble hops.

Under (4.7% ABV/ n/a IBUs)

This is a hybrid, part session IPA and part session lager, brewed with Pekko, Azacca, and Eureka hops.

Enigma IPA

A rotating seasonal IPA series available only on draft at the brewpub.

Celestial Blonde (6.5 ABV/30 IBUs)

(Feb-Mar) This medium bodied blonde ale has fruity/spicy Belgian yeast charactistics.

Hopsmith Pale Lager (6% ABV/40 IBUs)

(Apr-May) Pale lager with Galena and Willamette hops, then dry hopped with Cascade.

Endless Sun Ale (4.5% ABV/20 IBUs)

(June-July) A light-bodied, low-hopped, pale golden ale with wheat and toasted malts.

Falling Down Brown Ale (6.5% ABV/60 IBUs)

(Aug-Sept) A hybrid brown ale/IPA with 7 malts and Pacific Northwest, Galena, Willamette, and Liberty hops.

Plowshare Porter (5.8% ABV/40 IBUs)

(Oct-Nov) Made with chocolate malts, this American porter gives flavors of cocoa, caramel, coffee, and earthy hops.

Resolution Rye Stout (6.8% ABV/60 IBUs)

(Dec-Jan) A smooth rye stout brewed with East Kent Goldings hops and a spicy malt backbone.

No Socks IPA (8% ABV/ n/a IBUs)

(Apr-Sept) A West Coast style Double IPA hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Eldorado, and Eureka hops.

Cheer (7.1% ABV/ n/a IBUs)

(Nov-Dec) An imperial amber/red lager with a big malt flavor, and only slightly bitter.

Live Music/Entertainment

Every other Thursday evening there is an acoustic set at the pub, every other Saturday there is a live band, and the 1st Sunday of every month there is an open Jam.
