We are excited to share that we are continuing our beer collaborations by teaming with our friends at Ten7 Brewing Company (North Wales, PA) on a new beer!
If you aren’t familiar with Ten7 Brewing, they are an exciting, growing brewery who celebrated their 2 year anniversary this past October. You can read our interview with head brewer Matt Nitchke, to find out more about them.
For this collaboration we wanted to incorporate a fun way to involve the brewery’s fans, and Breweries In PA readers. We polled our Facebook group on which hops to use, with the top four voted on being used to make the beer. And “By The People, 4 The People” was born!
The beer itself is a hazy, juicy triple IPA, clocking in at 10% ABV (but knowing the brewery, this beer will drink like half that!). The 4 hops voted the most on are: Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and El Dorado.
Four-packs will be sold to go at Ten7 Brewing, and will be available for pick-up mid-February. A limited amount of this beer will be also be available for delivery anywhere in PA as well, as Ten7 will begin shipping beer!
