Harris Family Brewing Raising Funds To Complete Brewery Buildout

Harris Family Brewing, an up and coming brewery in Harrisburg, PA, is raising some of the final money needed to officially open their brewery in Central Pennsylvania.

HFB currently has a 3,000 sq/ft industrial building at 1721 Holly Street in the Allison Hill neighborhood of Harrisburg. The funds raised will go directly for such things including, but not limited to: last licensing needs, and the final pieces of equipment.

The brewery will operate a 3bbl brewhouse (with plans to eventually expand to a 10bbl) and will be starting out a bit different than most breweries who open; they will operate as a wholesale-only brewery at first. This means they will be producing beer for other locations to sell.

Initially, their focus will be on supplying bars and restaurants in Harrisburg, especially in their home area of Allison Hill. While growing this operation, they will continue to search and build towards a second location with a taproom to serve their products.
