UPDATE: Fetish Brewing To Stay Open Until October 31st

Fetish Brewing has announced it will remain open through October 31, giving customers a few more weeks to stop by before the brewery closes.

The announcement follows our report that Cartel Brewing is taking over the Fetish Brewing location, marking Cartel’s third location operating under its own license. This new space will be called “Extended Play”.

We recently caught up with Cartel Brewing owner Adam Chamberland to discuss the plans for the space. Cartel plans to give the space a bit of a refresh/evolution over time while remaining open and operating, keeping some of what already works well for the space and eventually adding to it.

A Look Back at Fetish Brewing

Fetish Brewing has been part of the Lancaster County beer scene since 2012, when founders Mike Simpson, Aaron Risser and Brandon Stetser began brewing their small-batch beers on the east side of the city.

Fetish joined Lancaster Brewing, Spring House and Saint Boniface as early pioneers of Lancaster County’s budding craft beer culture, which has since grown to nearly 30 breweries. The brewery eventually moved from its original Lancaster location to Rock Lititz, opening its taproom there in January 2018.

With its October 31 closing date now announced, customers have a little more time to visit, grab a beer, and say goodbye before the location begins its next chapter under Cartel Brewing.
