Last August, we profiled Aristaeus Craft Brewing and spoke with the owner and head brewer Harry Arnold. We spoke about the brewery, the thought behind the name “Aristaeus”, and most importantly when he would be opening.
The pandemic obviously pushed back his plans, but after a week of soft-openings for friends and family, Harry and Aristaeus are finally ready to open! Starting this Thursday, July 1st, you will be able to sit down at the brewery in Langhorne for a beer. (see below for the starting tap list)
To start, the brewery will be open the following hours for the July 4th weekend:
• Thursday (7/1) – 4PM-10PM
• Friday (7/2) – 4PM-11PM
• Saturday (7/3) – 12PM-11PM
• Sunday/Monday – CLOSED

- Big Oak Bend – Rye Saison (7%) – Saison brewed with biscuit rye malt.
- Bernadette – Irish Red Ale (6.6%) – Irish red ale brewed with raw PA wildflower honey.
- New England Fog – Hazy NEIPA (7.7%) – New England-Style IPA double dry-hopped with Galaxy and Citra hops.
- Kalapa Stout – Milk Stout (5.5%) – Milk stout brewed with toasted coconut.
- Alpha – Southern English Brown Ale (5%) – Malty and complex yet easy drinking with a clean finish.
- Cascade Affect – Session IPA (5%) – Clean, crisp session IPA dry-hopped with Cascade
- Can Crusher – Cream Ale (5%) – Flavorful, clean, and refreshing. Imagine yourself crushing the can after every pint.
- Blonded by the Light – Belgian Blonde (5%) – Traditional Belgian blonde ale with a pillowy white head. Complex yeast-driven aroma and flavors.
