Birra Di Levante is a 5.2% American Style Pilsner brewer by Levante Brewing Company (West Chester, PA). This beer is made with all Tettnang hops, lagered for weeks, and filtered so it’s crystal clear.

This was brewed because every single person in the brewery respects lagers and pilsners. To brew the perfect lager style is a testament to the skill of a brewery. You simply can’t hide any process or inexperience in the brewhouse with this classic style.

Pouring to a clear golden straw color, we got a bright fluffy white head in our glass. This classic Pilsner gives off aromas you would expect, floral and spice notes.

Sipping on Birra Di Levante, we noticed how clean and true to the style this Pilsner is. It’s hard to imagine having just one of these. We noticed mild citrus flavors, earthy, and herbal notes as well
