Blueberry Berliner Weisse is a 4.1% ABV Berliner Weisse sour made by Conshocken Brewing Company (Conshocken/Bridgeport, PA). This is their spin on the classic German sour style, and is brewed with over seven pounds of blueberry purée per barrel.

Pouring to a bright hazy pink with a small head that dissipates quickly, and leaves very little lacing in your glass. Aromas of light citrus, blueberry, and wheat are noticeable. When tasting this brew it’s not overpowering with the blueberry or the sourness you would expect. That flavor is there but it’s balanced out, creating a light bodied and crisp, refreshing hot day beer. You will also notice flavors of lemon and citrus.
