Crossing The Andes is a 8% ABV IPA from La Cabra Brewing Company (Berwyn, PA). This beer is brewed with Motueka hops and Key Lime.
Pouring to a hazy golden orange color, you’ll get a huge white head in your glass. Aromas of faint lime, citrus, and musty hops are on the nose.
Flavors of the key lime are apparent on first sips. We noticed a little lemon, some dank hop flavors, and a sweetness on the finish. With a creamy body, and mild tartness, it’s pretty hard to believe this is beer.
