Cumberland Valley Beer Trail Launches New Beer Trail Passport

The Cumberland Valley Visitors Bureau is launching its newest passport for the Cumberland Valley Beer Trail.

This year’s trail features over 30 locations across the Cumberland Valley in one of their biggest Beer Trails yet. Stops on the Cumberland Valley Beer Trail include local favorites like Pizza Boy at Als of Hampden, Ever Grain Brewing Company, and Market Cross Brewery, along with new locations like Whiskers Brewing Company, Wild Rabbit Pies & Pints, Isaac’s Craft Kitchen, and Back Porch Brewing Company.

Users can sign-up for a free digital Cumberland Valley Beer Trail Passport at VisitCumberlandValley.com/BeerTrail and check into locations using a location-specific four digit code. Every check-in goes towards earning prizes like t-shirts, insulated fanny packs, and “From The Vault” items such as shirts, coolers, sunglasses and more.

This year’s version of the Beer Trail is a throwback to the 90’s and even includes an accompanying 90’s Spotify Playlist with a unique check-in code to earn prizes. The Cumberland Valley Beer Trail Playlist can be heard here.

The Cumberland Valley Beer Trail first launched in 2017, with a new passport rolling out every year to showcase Cumberland County’s growing craft beverage industry.

Susan Maxwell, owner of the award-winning, Desperate Times Brewery in Carlisle stated, “We have thoroughly enjoyed the Beer Trail. We get customers from all over that would have not found us. It’s fun to introduce them to great award winning beer, delicious food, wonderful staff and a comfortable atmosphere.”
