Dank Hill from Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company is incredible hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, Equinox, and Citra hops. Of course it is dank, and also very tropical with notes of peaches, grapefruit, and mango. Dank Hill is fermented with with the very popular Vermont or ‘Conan’ ale yeast strain. This beer pours a hazy orange color with a thin white head. There are notes of wheat, peach, pine, orange, and grapefruit. The taste brings the strong hop flavor, as well as citrus fruit and light honey. Mouthfeel is juicy, slightly bitter, and medium bodied. Overall a pretty impressively hopped up DIPA that deserves more recognition.
