Move Over Milk, Cookies & Beer Are the Best New Pairing
Iron Hill Brewery announces the return of their Girl Scout Cookies and Beer pairing weekend. On February 18th and 19th patrons can enjoy carefully crafted pairings of their favorite Girl Scout Cookies combined with award-wining craft beer, an experience that can be done at their favorite Iron Hill location, the TapHouse, or from the comfort of their own home.
Whether you’re pairing the Russian Imperial with Thin Mints or the Hipster IPA with original tangy Lemonades or even the Kryptonite IPA with the classic Trefoils, Iron Hill offers a range of cookie and beer pairings to satisfy your yearly cookie craving. The at-home tasting experience includes a mixed four-pack of classic Iron Hill beers, tasting cups, cookies for two, and a link to a brewer-guided pairing videos to follow along all for $25.
In-person tastings will include a flight of seven beers and seven cookies for $22 with King of the Hill rewards members receiving an extra cookie and beer. Extend your Girl Scout Cookie cravings and purchase boxes to take home from your local Girl Scout Troop at each location.
“Girl Scout Cookie weekend is something we look forward to doing every year. This is our fourth year doing this promotion,” explains CEO Chris Westcott. “Every year, our staff wants to make this a new experience for our loyal fans. There is so much thought put into curating these tastings that really get the flavor profiles of our beers to match up with the sweet notes of the cookies you know and love.”
