Island in the Sun from Conshohocken Brewing Company is an 8.9% Double IPA, available in 16 oz cans. 

Hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Bravo hops, this beer is brewed with fresh pineapple, giving it a great light tropical flavor. 

Opening this beer brings aromas of tropical fruits, pine, Citra hops, and a decent amount of malt backbone. Pouring to a golden amber color with a thick white head, you’ll notice a natural pineapple flavor, creating a slightly bitter citrus juice bomb! 

This beer is medium bodied with moderate carbonation, but well balanced with a nice finish at the end. Think of this as a sipping beer as you enjoy a nice summer night. 

Island in the sun does not seem like an 8.9% ABV DIPA, its very smooth and juicy so be careful!
