Lost Tavern To Re-Open Bethlehem Taproom With New Partner Randevoo

Back in May of 2019, we brought you the news that Lost Tavern was opening a second location in Bethlehem at The Moravian Bookshop. Now the brewery is having a grand re-opening of its Bethlehem taproom on August 13th with a new partner, Randevoo.

You can expect similar tasty bites, and an extended menu with an Asian flair, to what you see on Randevoo’s Food Truck today. There will be regular specials, including specialty sushi rolls, and focus on a deep dive into a culinary experience. There will also be suggested pairings of food and Lost Tavern beer, for beer fans to enjoy both!

Lost Tavern will have reservations available on their website prior to the grand opening, so watch their social media for them to post updated.

This Saturday 8/8, the brewery will also be releasing a special beer in cans at their both locations, with Randevoo starting food service on 8/13.

“Randevoo” is a double IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Citra hops. Randevoo’s food truck will be on-site in Hellertown for the release as well, for you to try the food before the open the Bethlehem location the following week.

“We could not be more excited to be growing our family at Lost Tavern with our upcoming partnership, kicking off shortly, with the team at Randevoo!  Zach’s unique and innovative culinary style perfectly aligns with our vision of constantly challenging ourselves to offer our patrons new and exciting beers.  We are fully confident that this collaborative effort will bring our Bethlehem taproom experience to new heights we could not achieve alone.  From pairings in planning with delicious bites and beers to a team approach that will continue to push the envelope on honoring the past while crafting the future!” – Kenny Rampolla, Co-Owner of Lost Tavern Brewing

“Since the conception of Randevoo Food Truck, it has always been a dream of mine to open up a physical restaurant. When the opportunity arose to collaborate with Lost Tavern, I knew I couldn’t say no. Our teams have been able to join together to bring innovative, homemade bites, and local brews to the Lehigh Valley. Randevoo Bethlehem will be located within the Moravian Book Shop, the longest continually running book shop in the world while serving up sushi in a newly renovated space.” – Zach Umstead, Owner of Randevoo
