Metaleftis is a 7.3% IPA brewed by Heuristic Artisanal Ales (Home brewer from Somerset, PA). This beer is made with Galaxy, Amarillo, Columbus, and Mosaic hops.
Pouring to a dark golden haze, you’ll get a thin white head in your glass with this one. Aromas on Metaleftis are heavy tropical dank hops. Tasting this brew brings flavors of those dank hops, and a touch of breads malts. The mouthfeel on this one is creamy, with a slight bitter finish.
This is one of the first test beers from Union and Main brewing, previously know as Heuristic Artisanal Ales. They have been brewing for around 5 months now, and are looking to attend brewing classes next year.
