As you may know, several months ago, we brought you the exciting news of a statewide collab; Pennsylvania Loophole. A beer that was released to allow some of the smaller breweries across the state to take advantage of a “loophole” when it comes to beer releases. A loophole that allows breweries to collaborate for canned beer options. More details can be found at the article linked above.
And we are back at it! Breweries In PA, along with East End Brewing, and a large list of PA breweries are releasing the second version of this beer (see the full list of breweries below).
Pennsylvania Loophole 2.0 is a full-bodied Mexican chocolate stout brewed with 100% cacao, ancho peppers, cinnamon, Mexican allspice and coming in at robust 7.9% abv.
Much like the original version, this collaboration beer was brewed at East End Brewing and will be packaged in 16oz cans under the name Pennsylvania Loophole, and then be sold by each participating brewery.
If you’re a craft beer drinker who wants to support this project, plan on picking up some of this beer from your local participating small brewery when it is ready for release!
