Pics Or It Didn’t Happen is a 7.2% ABV American IPA from Evil Genius Brewing Company. This beer is brewed with 50% wheat and 50% 2-row malted barley. It was hopped in the kettle with Warrior and Columbus, then dry-hopped with Mosaic.

Pouring to a slightly hazy golden color with a very bright white head. Aromas of papaya and tangerine are noticeable right away. Flavors bring more tropical fruit flavors of mango, melon, guava, and tangerine.

With a medium body and light carbonation, this brew finishes crisp. It’s hard to believe it’s over 7%!
