The Breweries In PA 2022 PA Beer Bracket Winner, Pour Man’s Brewing Company, is releasing a beer series named #YearOfTheLager!
Your first chance to try the first beer in the series will be on Friday, May 13th, when the brewery opens at 12PM.
The first in the #YearOfTheLager series is a 5% ABV Citra-hopped Pilsner, and was brewed with floor-malted Pilsner malt. It was hopped with Citra hops, and then cool fermented with Pour Man’s house lager yeast.
It’s described by co-owner/brewer Ryan Foltz as an extremely clean lager with a hint of Pilsner malt sweetness, followed by loads of hop character and aroma.
This new beer will be available both on draft and 4 packs/cases at the brewery, as well as limited distribution in Lancaster and York.
