Time & Temperature is a 7.8% unfiltered double IPA from Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company (Croydon, PA). This beer is brewed with malted wheat, flaked oats, and lemon peel. It’s double dry hopped with amarillo, citra, and mosaic.
Pouring to a hazy orange, you’ll notice a bright white head in your glass. We noticed aromas of fresh peach and grapefruit right away.
Tasting Time & Temperature brings a refreshing, medium bodied double IPA. We noticed flavors of grapefruit, some passion fruit, and a pine backbone. This beer is smooth, lightly bitter, and a little dry on the backend.
