If you log on to the Pittsburgh Beer Week website you will notice something; supposedly it is happening April 20th through the 29th. We say supposedly because if you click the events section of the site it is blank.

And if you look at their social handles they have been almost non existent since January of this year. With less than a month away it almost feels like it may not be happening. In comparison Harrisburg Beer Week (also the 20th – 29th) has a robust list of 160 events.

However we can confirm Pittsburgh Beer Week is happening. We recently reached out to the organizers and here was the response:

“PCBW 2018 is full speed ahead. This year is all about comic book heroes including our very own super hero mascot and comic-themed printed guide. We should have more on social media very soon. Thanks!”

So there you have it, Pittsburgh Beer Week is happening. No new updates as of right now, but you should be seeing something soon.
