Weyerbacher Announces Taproom To Re-Open Along With New Ownership

To say Werbacher Brewing has been through a lot over the years would be putting it lightly. The 20+ year old PA brewery announced a shake-up in ownership as well as a second bankruptcy in mid 2022.

Shortly after this announcement, the Easton based brewery would go on to announce the closure of their taproom “for the foreseeable future”. The brewery would continue to be active on social media notifying guests of beer distribution and events they would participate in. But no word on their only operational taproom would be made.

That is until another report would come out in November of 2022 to announce another change in ownership. The report would go on to say that the second bankruptcy case was resolved and that “Savant Beverages LLC led by CEO Ed Lozano closed on the purchase [of the brewery] Oct. 3″.

It would now appear that the re-opening of the taproom has been announced in the post from the brewery below. As you can see the space is open Thursday to Sunday with a grand opening planned for January.
