S.O.B. Hill is a 6.2% American IPA brewed by New Trail Brewing (Williamsport, PA). This beer is brewed with Azacca, Citra, Centennial, and Columbus hops.
This beer pours to a golden translucent color, you’ll noticed a small white head in your glass. Aromas on this one are very subtle, almost nonexistent hop aroma.
Tasting S.O.B. Hill brings a slight dank hop profile that fades relatively quick. This IPA definitely is a mixture of West Coast body and bitterness, with the East Coast aromatics.
