Bine is a 7.1% ABV/60 IBU India Pale Ale from Root Down Brewing Company (Phoenixville, PA). This was one of the first cans released from Root Down, and has been a taproom favorite for a while now!
Pouring to a slightly hazy orange color, you’ll get a huge white head in your glass. Smelling Bine brings aromas of tropical fruit and floral hops right away. We also noticed a little malt as well.
Tasting brings flavored of fresh tropical fruits (pineapple, some melon), some pine, and resinous notes as well. Over an easy to drink, refreshing IPA with a nice smooth finish.
