Blue Collar Raspberry is a 4.6% 24 IBU blonde ale/fruit beer from Rusty Rail Brewing Company. This brew is made with Cascade, Centennial, and Citra hops, as well as many malt varieties (Pale 2-Row, Munich 10L, Carapils, White Wheat Malt), as well at red raspberry puree.
Pouring this beer, you will notice right away the hazy straw gold color with decent amount of head and lacing. Once poured, you can smell tart raspberry and malt, with tangy and sweet flavors coming from the raspberries. You can also taste a lot of the malts with some yeast. This brew is medium bodied and an interesting take on a blonde ale.
