Blueberry Cashmere is an 8.3% double IPA brewed by Hollow Earth Brewing Company (Oxford, PA). This beer is brewed with blueberries, lactose, Cashmere and Mosaic hops.

Pouring to a deep burgundy color, you’ll get a bright white head in your glass. Aromas of exotic tropical fruits were noticeable right away, with some peach, lemon, and tangerine as well.

Drinking Blueberry Cashmere brings smooth bitterness with subtle herbal undertones. The blueberry is not overwhelming in this, and rather complements the hops used. The mouthfeel is great on this, and it’s a refreshing beer for a warm day!
