ABV: 7%
Hops: Citra, Motueka and Simcoe
Lactoes is a Milkshake IPA that’s brewed with malted oats, wheat and lactose. Double dry hopped with a good amount Citra, Motueka and Simcoe.
This beer pours hazy with a strawberry blonde color. The familiar tastes of pineapple, papaya and stone fruit dominate the aroma as well as the slight dankness of pine.
The lactose is subdued and let’s the hop aroma shine in the lead role. The slightly malty and crisp backbone is supported by some bitterness that supports the flavor.
