Man Full Of Trouble is a 5.2% ABV London Style Porter from Dock Street Brewery (Philadelphia, PA). Brewed with a blend of English East Kent Goldings and Fuggles hops, this brew is a 2017 GABF Bronze Medal Winner. This beer was brewed to honor the Man Full Trouble tavern. It’s the only surviving pre-revolutionary tavern building from Philadelphia.
Pouring to a dark black color, you’ll notice a tan head form in your glass. Chocolate and roasted coffee are very apparent on the nose. Flavors we noticed include: roasted malts, mills coffee flavor, and a nice smooth chocolate finish. This beer has a medium body and is a little dry.
