Pennsylvania Handshake is a 7% ABV milkshake IPA brewed in collaboration by East End Brewing Company (Pittsburgh, PA) and Pizza Boy Brewing Company (Ebola, PA).

This beer was brewed with 250 lbs of Milk Sugar, 40 lbs of Nectarines, 165 lbs of Apricots and 210 lbs of Peaches. It was then hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Azacca hops.

Pouring to a murky yellowish orange with a bright white head in your glass. Aromas of

Tasting Pennsylvania Handshake makes you notice how fruity this beer is, without being too sweet. We noticed flavors of juicy apricots, pineapple, and a little peach flavor. We did get some pine notes as well!

PH is a very creamy IPA upfront with just a little bitterness on the back.
