Simcoalition is a 7.1% NE IPA made by Manayunk Brewing Company (Manayunk, PA). This beer is brewed with 2-row, flakes oats, and rye malt, as well as simcoe, citra, mosaic, zythos, and Columbus hops.
Pouring to a hazy copper/orange color, you’ll get a decent sized white head in your glass. Aromas of strong piney hops and tropical fruits are noticeable once you pour this beer. Tasting Simcoalition brings a medium bodied, flavorful and juicy IPA. We noticed flavors of fresh pineapple, melon, mango, and a piney/earthy backbone. This beer is crisp throughout and really enjoyable.
