Spaghetti Dinner From Dancing Gnome

Spaghetti Dinner is a collaboration dreamt up by the folks at Hop Culture Magazine and brewed with Dancing Gnome. This 8.8% DIPA was brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Citra hops and topped off after fermentation with Muscato grape juice. Often hailed as the grapiest of all grapes, Muscat grapes are known for their expressively fruity character which blended very well with the fruit forward hops selected for this crazy collab.

This beer pours a wonderful light orange color with a white fluffy head that fades after about a minute. Medium carbonation with continually rising bubbles. Huge white grape aromas smack you in the face while a supporting cast of pineapple, peach, and mango make for a wonderfully complex aroma that is rounded out nicely with a subtle dankness.

The heavy grape aromas carry through to the flavor of the beer complimented by beautiful fruit flavors with a dank and slightly bitter finish. All those flavors are enhanced by a juicy mouth feel that’s just full enough for this intricate IPA. Overall interesting and complex ale with some delightfully goofy artwork and special edition glassware that are almost as awesome as the beer itself.

Hops- Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Citra
Malt- Golden Promise, Red Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Oats, Dextrine
