St. Oner from Tired Hands Brewing Company is a 6.5% honey citrus IPA. This beer was brewed for Tired Hands first year celebration. Brewed with rye and local PA wildflower honey, this brew offers a uniquely PA taste with strong citrus notes. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, as well as lime, meyer lemon, grapefruit, and blood orange juice.
This beer pours to a cloudy orange color with a white head. Notes of citrus and honey are immediately present, without an overwhelming sweetness. Just slightly bitter, and with mild carbonation, St. Oner is very drinkable and a very good release for the one year anniversary.
