Tank To Table: Batch No. 6 is a 7.5% ABV DDH double IPA from Victory Brewing Company (Downingtown, PA). This DIPA is brewed with Mosaic, Citra, and HBC 472 hops, as well as oats and lactose.
Pouring to a slightly hazy orange color, you’ll get a small white head in your glass. We noticed mango, papaya, and slight vanilla aromas on the nose of this one.
Tasting Batch No. 6 brings tropical flavors from the Citra and Mosaic hops, and we got a little vanilla and a touch of oak as well. This is a very interesting beer, smooth mouthfeel without an overly bitter finish.
