Union Brothers Brewing Raising Money To Complete Brewery Buildout

Union Brothers Brewing, a new and upcoming brewery in Harmony, PA, is raising some of the final money they need to complete their brewery buildout.

They recently signed a lease at a building which was a former ice cream shop and diner, and are about 60% done with the buildout to transform this into their brewery and taproom. The funds raised will go directly for things including, but not limited to: installing drains, installing kitchen equipment, furnishing the taproom with tables/chairs, and over taproom/brewery buildout.

UBB has ordered all of the equipment they will need, and most of it is already in their possession we are told. Brewing on an SS Brewtech 3.5BBL brewhouse, they will utilize (5) 3.5BBL SS Brewtech Unitanks. All the equipment will be visible to consumers so they can see where the beer is made.

Upon opening, the brewery plans to offer 12 beers on tap, with 4-5 being core beers, and the rest being experimental one-offs and rotational beers. In addition to beer, a full service kitchen will be onsite, serving American comfort food. There will be around 52 seats inside and another 50-75 seats outside on a patio. The outside patio will have rotating live music acts, outdoor games, as well as fresh grilled food (weather permitting).

Union Brothers will also be kid friendly with menu offerings for kids, and have 38 on site parking spaces.
