McCall Brewing Announces Expansion Of Second Taproom In Lehigh Valley

Join us in congratulating McCall Collective Brewing who is thrilled to announce the expansion of its brand through the opening of a second taproom in the Lehigh Valley.

The brewery originally opened its first taproom at 102 E. Susquehanna during the Pandemic of 2020. Being open only a limited amount of time, less than 7 employees and only a handful of food items. In the past 19 months, the brewery has continued to steadily grow and is now open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, 17 beers on draft, a three-page kitchen menu, and 22 employees.

The second taproom, located at 7743 Hamilton Blvd in Breinigsville, plans tp open in the early Spring of 2022 and will have seating for 40 in a 1,500sq foot taproom. They will feature 10 McCall beers on tap as well as local wines and spirits along with house made BBQ. A commercial smoker on-premise will allow Chef Anthony and Matt McCall to get creative with all kinds of new recipes, ingredients, and menu items to feature at both locations. In addition to the new smoked food menu, they will also offer quick service items like charcuterie, Bavarian pretzels, nachos, and other shareable items.

In order to supply enough beer for both locations, the brewery is also excited to announce two new additions to their brewhouse. They will be adding new QTS tanks delivered and installed in late Winter at their main brewery. One 15 BBL Brite and one 15 BBL Horizontal Lager tank will be placed on the back porch and will free up their four 7 BBL production tanks for all Ale production.
