Seven Sirens Brewing Officially Opens New Location “The Blendery” In Easton

Seven Sirens Brewing Company has officially opened their “The Blendery”, after acquiring the new location back in May. You can now visit the new location at 1247 Simon Boulevard in Easton.

The brewery recently completed a total overhaul of the space, built a permanent bar, added a cold room, remodeled/expanded the bathrooms, and installed a new kitchen.

This new 6,000-square-foot facility QUADRUPLES Seven Siren’s production capabilities, expands its distribution reach, and serves as a taproom/outdoor beer garden/event space just 30 minutes away from its original Bethlehem location.

The brewery did not just acquire the building, but also many of the contents within it. This included brewing tanks, a 15-barrel koelschip, several 30-barrel Italian Foeders, a bottling machine, and much more. The addition of this equipment will allow the brewery to immediately increase beer production.

The full lineup of Seven Sirens beers will be available, in addition to many of their wild fermentation beers. There will also be takeout cans and crowlers to go from this space as well. For food in the taproom, they’ve partnered with the Easton Wine Project for a great menu of food delivered right to your table.

Seven Sirens is also making the space available and ready to host special events such as Weddings/Receptions, Birthdays, Retirements, Celebrations of Life, Corporate Events, Fundraisers/Charity Events, etc. The brewery has teamed up with local food-legend Angelo Napoli from Modern–Fusion Catering. They will provide a simple but elegant beer-centric menu and will provide catering for all events held at The Blendery.

To keep up with the brewery, make sure to follow Seven Sirens on Facebook and Instagram as they continue to expand.
